12 Weeks to Change

While three sessions may create an initial breakthrough, 12 sessions provide the time and space needed for realignment, integration, and long-term change.

Just as the seasons cycle through transformation, a 12-session commitment ensures that personal growth is not just a single moment of clarity, but a whole series of Aha! moments all stacking up for a lasting evolution.

Who are these Sessions for?

The curious, reflective and intuitive thinkers and feelers enjoy the sheer level of depth and detail our session explorations offer. We will delve into corners of your mind you have rarely been given the opportunity to look at too closely. We will get to the core of the matter, with a focus on truth-seeking over right-being.

These sessions are for both the fluid and more structure-minded alike. I believe everyone has the spark of creativity in them - even mathematical formulas can be beautiful when elegantly executed. Whatever your leaning, I am equipped to support you.

What problems can we solve?

Perhaps your perfectionism is starting to get in the way of things you want to start or finish. Maybe your fear of failure - or even fear of success! - is holding you back. You could be struggling to self-motivate in a way that isn’t normal for you, or it could be that you feel completely frozen at a crossroads, trapped with a nagging feeling that you really must make an important choice, but somehow, you just can’t...

How will these sessions work for you?

The very act of turning up is half the battle won - because the time that you give to yourself in our sessions will be the most focussed and honed-in on you that you will have had all week (or sometimes even ever).

You have come here because Life is busy, and unless you have this one sacred slot set between you and me, you already know that something else will always come up, will always take priority over and over again. These sessions work first and foremost because they are sacred time set aside just for you for once,

and that much in itself is something you’re finally doing differently.

What’s the programme?

While I do intuitively tailor each and every single session to the individual needs of your unique personality, I weave a thread of structure throughout the programme to ensure that we always keep a forward-moving momentum.

With this in mind, my guiding structure generally looks like this:

  • We define what you want to change or achieve, and establish your core focus areas. This session clarifies expectations and sets a clear direction.

    Getting totally clear on your direction very often takes more than one session.
    My clients find it valuable to take the week to reflect on the outcome of Session 1, reflecting on how it sits with them in their minds and bodies.

    Thinking and moving slowly like this at the beginning builds a rock-solid foundation for your subsequent sessions.

    Our second session is then dedicated to distilling what truly matters to you as truthfully as you possibly can - uncovering your core values and how to use them to guide better decisions in work, relationships, and daily life.

  • We explore how you define success and reconnect it to what genuinely fulfils you.

    Success isn’t always about money... “success" for you could mean having a place to call Home, being a good parent, having loyal and supportive friendships, being well-regarded in your field, having someone to love…

    We also address imposter syndrome (in its various and subtle forms) and expand your comfort with visibility in your peer group or leadership position.

  • We uncover the habits, patterns, and beliefs that are holding you back.

    You'll gain insight into what’s getting in your way and why it’s been hard to change on your own until now.

  • We focus on practical ways to shift negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, and internal doubts.

    You'll learn how to challenge your thoughts and build confidence through courage.

  • We begin to reflect on some of your new perspectives, and think about what changes you’re beginning to notice already.

    You’ll learn to recognise emotional triggers and manage overwhelm as we explore simple tools to help you respond rather than react.

  • Together we continue to audit your routines, practices and energy/ attention flow.

    We tailor-make sustainable habits that support your purpose/ goal without burning you out.

    You’ll develop strategies for showing up consistently, even on hard days. We’ll address avoidance, procrastination, and perfectionism.

  • We examine your relationship with time and attention.

    You’ll identify the things that continue to distract and pull you out of the present, finding ways to meaningfully redirect those old habits into a new rhythm that supports deeper focus and personal fulfilment.

  • We practice saying what you mean, asking for what you need, and setting healthy boundaries without guilt.

    You will step out of your own way, properly.

  • At this point in the programme, you’ve done a lot of thinking, unlearning, and building.

    This session is about taking stock and recognising how far you’ve come — how you are not just thinking about changes, but actually living them now in how you show up in conversations, how you make decisions, and how you carry yourself in work, relationships, and beyond.

    I will show you how to notice and reenforce your own new habits, patterns, and mindset, building simple ways to stay grounded and courageous, even if under pressure.

    By now you will trust yourself more than ever before, with a deeper connection to your instincts and intuition. Your actions will come from a place of a more solid sense of self, rather than doubt or overthinking.

  • You’ll map out your next chapter and align short-term goals with long-term purpose.

    This session focuses on forward planning and decision-making.

  • We consolidate your progress, revisit key takeaways, and discuss paths to ensure you feel equipped to move forward confidently without losing momentum.
