These Terms and Conditions explain the basis upon which you may use this website and purchase anything offered directly through it.

Please read them before making a purchase.

1. About These Terms

This website is operated by Shaylah Grech, trading as Shaylah Faye, a self-employed trader registered in Malta. In these Terms, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to Shaylah Faye.

These Terms apply to:

• Your use of this website

• Digital products purchased through it

• Any live element expressly included with a digital product

A product page or checkout may include additional terms specific to that purchase. If those terms differ from these general Terms, the product-specific terms will take precedence.

Browsing this website, submitting a contact form or booking an informal conversation does not, by itself, create a coaching relationship.

2. Using This Website

The general content of this website is suitable for visitors of all ages.

You may use the website and its freely available content for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or another person’s account

• Interfere with the website’s security or operation

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit its content without permission

• Use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights or breaks the law

I may change, remove or update freely available website content at any time. This will not remove any rights attached to a purchase you have already made.

3. Purchases by Anyone Under 18

Anyone under 18 may browse the website and access its freely available content.

If someone under 18 wishes to purchase Mobile Minimalism or another digital product, a parent or legal guardian must complete or expressly authorise the purchase. The parent or guardian accepts these Terms and responsibility for the payment.

For private coaching with anyone under 18, written parental or legal-guardian consent is required. The parent or guardian must also sign the separate coaching agreement and accept financial responsibility for the service.

4. Online Purchases and Payment

The principal features and inclusions of each product will be described on its product page and during checkout.

Prices are stated in euros. Any applicable VAT and the total amount payable will be made clear before you complete your order.

Payment is processed through the payment provider presented at checkout. Any charges imposed independently by your bank, card provider or currency-conversion service remain your responsibility.

Your order is accepted once you receive confirmation of your purchase. If I cannot supply what you ordered, or if an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred, I may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

5. Mobile Minimalism

Mobile Minimalism is a seven-step online challenge designed to help you examine and change your relationship with mobile-phone use.

The materials are educational and reflective. They are not therapy, medical treatment or a substitute for professional physical or mental-health care.

What Each Option Includes

• Support during the access period as described on the product page

• Any included support format, availability and response times will be stated before purchase

The current price and full inclusions of each option will be shown before purchase.

Course Access

Unless a different start date is stated at checkout or agreed in writing, access begins on the date of purchase and continues for 30 consecutive days.

Course materials are supplied through the website’s members’ area. They may not necessarily be sent separately by email or remain available after the access period ends.

It is your responsibility to:

• Use the course within the access period

• Maintain access to a suitable device and internet connection

• Keep your account and login details secure

• Contact me promptly if a genuine technical problem prevents access

Unused time does not ordinarily entitle you to an extension or refund. If a substantial access problem is caused by me or the course platform, I will offer a reasonable extension or another appropriate remedy.

Live Calls

Where your chosen option includes a live call, scheduling information will be provided after purchase.

Supported includes one live group-coaching call. The call may include other Mobile Minimalism participants.

Please attend at the confirmed time. A call missed by a participant is not automatically replaced, although I may agree to an alternative in exceptional circumstances.

If I need to cancel a call, I will offer another suitable date or an appropriate remedy.

Participants are expected to treat anything personally shared during a group call with discretion and respect. While I will establish that expectation clearly, I cannot guarantee the conduct of another participant.

6. Withdrawal, Cancellations and Refunds

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

If you are legally entitled to a cooling-off period for an online purchase, you will ordinarily have 14 days from the date the contract is concluded in which to withdraw without giving a reason.

Immediate Digital Access

If you choose to receive immediate access to digital content during that 14-day period, you will be asked to:

• Expressly consent to supply beginning immediately

• Acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal from the digital-content element will end once access begins

This consent must be given during the purchasing process. If it is not validly obtained, any applicable statutory withdrawal right remains unaffected.

Live Services

If your purchase includes a live call and you expressly ask for that service to begin during a statutory withdrawal period, a proportionate amount may be retained for any part already supplied if you later withdraw.

Once a service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement, the right to withdraw from that service may end.

After the Withdrawal Period

Once any applicable withdrawal period has expired—or your right has been validly waived following immediate digital access—I do not offer refunds merely because you:

• Change your mind

• Do not begin or complete the course

• Fail to use the materials during the access period

• Miss an included live call

• Decide that the course is not personally suitable for you

This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be supplied as promised.

To exercise a continuing right of withdrawal or raise a problem with a purchase, use the Contact form and include your name, purchase email address and order details.

7. Personal Use and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and course materials—including written content, recordings, exercises, downloads, branding and design—belong to me or are used with permission.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the materials for the period and purpose stated.

You must not:

• Share your login details

• Copy or distribute course materials

• Record or distribute live calls

• Upload the content elsewhere

• Resell, teach from or commercially exploit the materials

• Present any part of the content as your own

For a Together purchase, access is limited to the participants named as part of that purchase.

8. Results and Personal Responsibility

Mobile Minimalism invites reflection and deliberate action, but your results depend upon your own circumstances, choices and participation.

I cannot promise a particular reduction in screen time, change in habits or personal outcome.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to apply anything you encounter through the course. If the material raises concerns about your physical or mental health, please seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.

9. Private Coaching and Workshops

Private one-to-one coaching is governed by a separate service agreement supplied before payment. That agreement sets out the service, format, fees, payment structure, scheduling, cancellations, confidentiality and other terms relevant to the individual coaching relationship.

The descriptions on this website provide an introduction to those services but do not replace the signed agreement. Where the two differ, the signed agreement will govern the coaching engagement.

Private and organisational workshops are governed by the accepted quotation, proposal or workshop agreement supplied for that engagement.

If a workshop or other service is made available for direct online purchase, any additional terms will be shown before payment.

10. Privacy and Cookies

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

The website may use necessary cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies. You can manage optional cookies through the cookie banner where available.

11. Availability and Third-Party Services

I take reasonable care to keep the website and purchased materials available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

The website may rely upon third-party services for hosting, membership access, appointments, video calls and payment processing. I am not responsible for interruptions wholly outside my reasonable control, although I will take reasonable steps to resolve problems affecting a paid purchase.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their content, availability and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits:

• Your mandatory consumer rights

• Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

• Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence

• Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded

To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from a purchase made primarily for personal use.

13. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please contact me through the Contact form, including your order details and the outcome you are seeking.

I will make a reasonable effort to respond and resolve the matter fairly.

Your right to contact an appropriate consumer-protection body or pursue another lawful remedy remains unaffected.

14. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms when my website, products or legal obligations change.

The version accepted when you made a purchase will continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this does not deprive you of any mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence or prevent you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
