• Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Late Cancellations: If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the session will be forfeited without refund.

• Exceptions: Family emergencies and bereavement situations will be considered with flexibility.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• Upfront Payment Discount: A discretionary 10% discount is offered for clients who pay in full upfront.

• Payment Plans: Available at full price, with bank transfer fees incurred by the client.

All website rates exclude VAT.

Invoices and receipts are available upon request.

7. Refund Policy

All payments made are final and non-refundable.

We operate under a no-cancellation and no-refund policy. By purchasing services or products, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
