Talking about me is never as interesting to me as talking about you - but I know you want to know who you’re talking to too!

The best way to get a sense of me, to get a taste for how I think, what I feel, who you will meet in session - is to read my client reviews and to watch my IG videos.

Most are considered “long-form” at 4-7 minutes, which, among other things, acts as a simple way to filter out the fix-me-quick clients. I reckon if you can’t sit through 7 minutes of me, you’re unlikely to sit for very many minutes of yourself either.

To summarise a life…:
From a young age I have travelled, moving to new countries, cultures, towns, and schools of both education and thought.

Canadian-born to Christian missionary parents, I spent my childhood in the North African country of Tunisia, where I played in Arabic-speaking playgrounds, sang French lullabies, and shared in traditions like Eid and the Call to Prayer.

My youth was a return to my roots on the little island of Malta, where church bells echoed off the limestone walls each morning, and all of a sudden, I had more cousins than I could count! As I entered early adulthood, I embraced independence with a vigour few of my island peers aspired to, leaving my entire family behind and starting my own life in Edinburgh, Scotland, where I studied film-making and sound-effects, flirted with questionable fashion styles, and married young.

Shifting to London saw to the demise of my marriage and brought my maturity levels up to speed as I overcame a life-threatening depression and rebuilt my solo life a second time, rapidly improving my career prospects and falling in love with what I thought would become my forever family. The Covid-19 “measures” however, saw to the complete disassembly of all that I had re-established. I was stripped of my job, my friends, my relationship, my dog and my accommodation, making clear to me the call to return home.

Back in Malta, I started life yet again - and third-time lucky.

Amidst negotiating my first true heartbreak and second depression, I initially fell into a role as an amateur astrologer, where I healed my wounds in the ministry to those of others. Here I gained my first taste for openly exploring and re-defining people’s fears and pains in a professional capacity, all through the lens and language of astrology. I was humbled and moved to tears by the glowing reviews I would receive - and worked hard to give each and every client the personal attention they deserved in spite of cold and unrealistic company targets.

Fast forward a couple more ill-fitting 9-5’s and a second heartbreak later, and I found myself on a permaculture farm in Portugal, rising with the sun, planting strawberries, and sitting with myself silently for hours deeply assessing my prospects, my choices, and my purpose in this life.

It was at this juncture that life coaching found me, as I came into full appreciation of my own resilience and resourcefulness. Today, I dance between playing the role of private concierge, a life-partner, and a certified life coach.

In all that I have experienced, through all that we call “good” and “bad”, I can only say that Life has treated me well, because it has afforded me oh so much variety. Variety of food, of language, of world views, spiritual and sexual views. Variety of philosophical and existential perspectives, variety of personal identities. Variety of culture, sub-culture, and working culture. Variety of friends, colleagues, and of loves. Variety of attention, of intention, of laughter and of tears.

In all of this, I come out the other side believing more than ever in the power of thought, the strength in courage, and the energy of love holding it all together. In all that has gone awry in my best laid plans, I do not permit disappointment to rob me of what I own as my best qualities - love, joy, calm, grace, kindness, gentleness, and moderation.

With so much variety of experience, I feel little wonder at all that I would be drawn in to what I do today. I say “drawn in” because in so many ways, it is the needs of others that bring me to this place of service. It is by popular demand, by overwhelming vote and frequent request that I serve as a professional mirror.

I call myself a “mirror” because I know as a matter of pure ontological fact that I Am Another You. We are each reflections of different aspects of each other, and so, the answers you will find in me are only really a reflection of what I see is in you already. My job is to show you who you really already are. I reflect back at you the version of you that is not wrong, but rather is whole, the version that is not lost, but rather is exactly where they are supposed to be, and to whom the next step is clear.

I treat each client as I treat myself - with my whole attention. My clients receive the full experience of my insatiable, socially unencumbered, and completely judgement-free curiosity.

Getting curious is how you are going to get the transformation you most need. Learning how to see yourself - often for the first time - as you are, without turning away in shame, fear, disappointment or disgust, is the game-changer that frees your thoughts, and lightens your soul. Together, we muster your courage to look long and hard at yourself, facing what you must within, so that you no longer run from your shadow when you walk in the light. So that your fear can be transmuted into love.
