    You do not need to arrive with the answer.

    You need only be willing to look honestly at what is happening, take responsibility for what comes next and move towards the Life that, when you tell the Truth, you know is more fully yours.

    To summarise a Life…

    Born in Canada to Christian missionary parents, I spent much of my childhood in Tunisia, where I played in Arabic-speaking playgrounds, sang French lullabies and shared in traditions such as Eid and the Call to Prayer. My youth brought me to Malta, where church bells echoed off limestone walls and, all of a sudden, I had more cousins than I could count.

    Early adulthood took me to Edinburgh to study film-making and sound-effects, then to London: marriage, divorce, a life-threatening depression, career-building and a love I believed would become my new forever family. The Covid-19 “measures” then stripped me of my job, friends, relationship, dog and accommodation. The call to return home became impossible to ignore.

    Back in Malta, I began again - for the third time. Heartbreak led me first to astrology, where I discovered the depth of my interest in people: their fears, patterns, pain and possibility. A few ill-fitting 9-to-5s later, I found myself on a permaculture farm in Portugal, rising with the sun, planting strawberries and sitting silently for hours with my choices and purpose.

    It was there that life coaching found me. I returned to Malta, trained and became certified, bringing with me a fuller appreciation of my own resilience and resourcefulness.

    Through everything we call “good” and “bad”, Life has treated me well. It has carried me through an extraordinary tapestry of cultures, beliefs, identities, work, love, laughter and tears—each one leaving its colour, its texture, its lesson.

    I have been welcomed into many worlds, and lost my way in a few. I have known the sweetness of belonging, the ache of departure, the quiet after heartbreak and the strange grace of beginning again.

    None of this is incidental to how I coach. I bring all of it with me: the questions, the contradictions, the tenderness, the scars and the wonder. Very little of what is human feels foreign to me.

  • Through all of this, I came out the other side believing more than ever in the power of thought, the strength in courage and the energy of love holding it all together.

    In all that has gone awry in my best-laid plans, I refuse to permit disappointment to rob me of what I own as my best qualities: love, joy, calm, grace, kindness, gentleness and moderation.

    I call myself a professional mirror because I know, as a matter of pure ontological fact, that I Am Another You. I am not here to judge you, fix you or superimpose my answers upon your Life. The answers you find in me are reflections of what I can already see in you. My job is to show you who you really already are: not wrong, but whole; not lost, but exactly where you are supposed to be; and capable of recognising the next honest step.

    You receive my whole attention, insatiable curiosity and willingness to ask the question beneath the question. Together, we look at what you might ordinarily meet with shame, fear or self-judgement - and remain with it long enough that you no longer run from your shadow when you walk in the light.

    Insight matters, but it is not the destination. We turn what you discover into deliberate action, because self-trust is built through the evidence of how you live.

    This is my offering to all who will receive it.
