Mobile Minimalism

Less Screen Time.
More Life Time.

What is
Mobile Minimalism?

  • Mobile Minimalism is a deliberate, values-led approach to using your smartphone in a way that enhances your Life rather than hijacking it.

It means eliminating the non-essential, automating the distracting, and designing your digital environment to support what truly matters—be it relationships, creativity, focus, peace, or purpose.

It's not about abstinence or guilt.

    It’s about agency.

It’s about rebuilding your ability to decide who, or what, receives the value of your undivided Attention, instead of letting your Time be hijacked by whichever stimulus is simply the most recent…

  • Inside you will find 7 Steps of self-led immersion into intentional screen awareness and use, designed to help you break the loop of compulsive screen-staring just long enough for you to rediscover Time, Presence, and Connection.

You are challenged to complete this guide within 14 days to maintain your momentum. I recommend slotting 20 minutes daily that is normally your “switch off” time, a.k.a. scroll time ;)

At the end of the 14-day Challenge, you will prompted to book your spot in my monthly Live Group Coaching session for support with any questions or blocks, and for celebrating your wins with like-minded Mobile Minimlists.

By the end of this Challenge, you will have gained a fresh taste for IRL living, and renegotiated your relationship with your phone – gently, yet firmly – from one of blind compulsion, to one of conscious purpose.

  • Step 1: Observe your screen usage habits with judgement-free honesty, defining the new direction you want for yourself.

Step 2: Disrupt unconscious habits with intentional notification customisation, and App organisation, consolidation and regression.

Step 3: Reclaim your time-based boundaries, establishing distinctions between priority and non-priority contacts.

Step 4: Create phone-free space in your environment, sourcing IRL support tools.

Step 5: Reconnect with live human beings instead of digital figures on a screen. Proactively seek and savour true connection.

Step 6: Experience Reclaimed Time with yourself and your forgotten hobbies.

Step 7: Anchor all that you’ve experienced throughout the process in a hand-written promise-to-self moving forward.

    • At least 20 mins daily to work through this course for 14 days.

Yes, you have the time - and that’s why you’re here: To get it back!

    • An ink pen.

Preferably one that you enjoy the feel of when you write with it.

    • A notebook or journal.

    • Your undivided attention and intention to succeed!

Why
Mobile Minimalism?

  • I do not believe it is all or nothing when it comes to smartphone usage. This tool serves an important role in our modern lives that is not to be discredited.

However, it is well-acknowledged now by health authorities that these devices have overstepped important boundaries, infiltrating almost every aspect of our lives, even down to the most mundane of daily rituals and routines.

  • From today, you say “No more.

From now on, you take back what is yours, one piece of Time at a time.

While your journey through this guide might not always feel easy, I promise that the steps will always be simple.

Follow them to the very best and most truthful of your ability, and allow the process do the rest. If you slip back into old habits, that’s part of the process. Awareness itself is progress.

Remember: Yes, you can do this.
